I decided to take part in the challenge as I'm in the final year of my PhD at Oxford and had been a bit slack with the gym and my nutrition for a couple of months. Caroline O'Mahony

Health and fitness have been my passions for as long as I remember. I grew up playing sports and after my knee injury, I was recommended lifting weights, and before I knew it, I was hooked on hitting the best numbers, working on my form, and striving towards a bigger goal. I have used training as an outlet for my mental health and it has done wonders - mentally and physically. I studied physiology and biochemistry for two years, and my passion lies in understanding how food and exercise after our daily health. I place extreme emphasis on educating myself and my clients, day in and day out, so not only are you able to get amazing results with my programs - you’re also understanding each process and how it affects YOU.
