MEET MEGAN

Post-college I struggled to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle in this new chapter of my life. I wanted something personalized and sustainable. This led me to Caroline's program. She has taught me so much about nutrition, consistency and realistic goal setting in my 2+ years as a client. She's tailored my meal plan and workout program to fit my long work days as an ER nurse. My progress has not always been linear but she's helped me navigate it all. I'm proud of the progress I've seen not only physically, but with my confidence as well. I couldn't have done it without her continuous education, guidance and accountability.

MEET SOPHIE

I decided to take part in the challenge as I'm in the final year of my PhD at Oxford and had been a bit slack with the gym and my nutrition for a couple of months. This programme is making such a difference! For the first time ever I’m seeing results I never thought I would see. People have not only noticed a physical change but, more importantly, that I seem so much more confident and happier! And the strength gains I'm seeing are unreal! I can't thank Caroline enough for all the help over the last couple of years, I really would be a different woman without her. She make such a difference to so many women.

MEET RACHEAL

I started Caroline’s program in June of 2022 after trying a couple of other programs that didn’t work for me. I had been struggling with bad eating habits for a while and wasn’t feeling like myself. When I saw the client progress page and read all the amazing stories I knew I had to join! I definitely had some ups and downs in the program, but Caroline helped me to realize that you can have bad days but still make progress. Building these healthy habits has given me the energy that I had been missing to do more with my friends and family. It has been truly life-changing and has brought me so much joy and confidence!

MEET SUSAN

I can't begin to thank Caroline enough for the way she and her program have changed my life. I struggled trying to put myself back together again after battling with workplace harassment, and I lost myself physically and my mental health felt as if it was on a downward spiral. Most recently, I joined because Caroline's program helped me once before and now I was a new mama motivated to get back into shape and find some me-time again. I wanted to be the strength and motivation for my daughter; for her to one day see that Mommy never gave up, and that she can have anything in this world she puts her mind to.
