  • What is personalised coaching and how can it benefit me?

    My coaching service is fully customised to YOUR goals, and where you want to be next in your fitness journey. This involves me tailoring your plan to your specific needs, goals and challenges. The nutrition plan takes into account your likes and dislikes, and I can fit your favourite meals into your plan, and/or provide macros if you prefer this route. The training plan is designed around your physique goals, as well as your fitness level to ensure you’re excelling as best as you possibly can! The aim of the plan is to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle and to make adherence as straightforward as possible. 

  • How do you track the progress of the coaching program?

    I track progress through regular goal assessments and feedback from both parties. We'll set measurable milestones and evaluate your improvements toward those goals during our check-ins. The check-ins are done through the app, where you will receive a notification every 2 weeks, and in there you will input all of your updated statistics and pictures. If you want to get even more from your program, I always recommend my clients to check in via e-mail on top of this. You can email me at support@carolineomahony.com weekly, or bi-weekly. This is an extra step to take on top of the in-app check-in, but if you’re determined to get the best results, it’s highly encouraged! 

  • How do you handle confidentiality and ensure a safe and trusting coaching environment?

    Confidentiality is of utmost importance. Anything discussed during our coaching check-ins is strictly confidential unless there's a risk of harm to yourself or others. This creates a safe and trusting space for open and honest dialogue, facilitating a safe environment for your progression! No one else has access to my email, or is able to see your photos/feedback! You may notice I post client transformations on my social media accounts, but rest assured, you will always be asked for written consent before I share anything with the world! 

  • Do you have any success stories from past clients that I can familiarise myself with?

    Of course.   • What is the typical duration of a coaching programme, and how will we determine when the coaching relationship is complete?

    The duration of the programme varies depending on your goals and the progress you’re making. We'll collaborate to set a preliminary timeline, and as we reach milestones and goals, we'll evaluate the need for ongoing support. I generally deal with two types of clients, those who view fitness as a journey, and typically stay with me for years (yes, years!) at a time and always love to have support on the side. Another type of client I deal with is one who joins before a particular event and finishes the programme when they reach their desired result. As you aren’t tied to a contract, you can finish and also restart the program at any time you want!

  • What is your coaching philosophy and approach?

    Since I started my journey as a fitness and nutrition coach, I’ve been obsessed with getting women to feel and look their absolute best. In my eyes, confidence is the best thing you can wear every day! My coaching philosophy centres around empowering you to discover your potential, set meaningful goals, and take purposeful actions. My core value is based around mindful coaching, as I want you to enjoy your fitness journey, rather than just follow a plan. Education is also a huge key aspect in my coaching programs as my goal is for you to finish your plan with increased knowledge about fitness and nutrition. I also integrate various coaching techniques, such as goal setting, mindset shifts, and skill development alongside your journey! 

  • What methods of communication and support do you offer?

    I offer 24/7 support via my email at support@carolineomahony.com for my clients. This allows you to ask questions, share updates, and seek support as needed. Additionally, I always provide resources, exercises, or assignments to further support your progress. The Education Hub within the app also includes various articles I’ve written that are all based on fitness and nutrition to encourage self-learning as you go! It’s one of my favourite features of the app.

  • What is the cost structure of your personalized coaching services and any available payment plans?

    The cost of coaching varies based on the subscription model you choose. I offer monthly, 3-months and 6-month packages each with its own pricing. Each package comes with the exact same support, with the only variable being the payment itself. Payment plans are available to accommodate your financial preferences and ensure access to the support you need. All payment plans are also recurring, ensuring that you always have access to the app and don’t need to worry about signing up every time! Keep in mind you are not tied into any contracts, and can cancel with ease by emailing my support email. 

  • How do I know if I’m suitable for the coaching program?

    My coaching is totally custom to you, meaning that no matter what fitness level, size or age you are - you can become a part of the community and make significant improvements to your fitness levels. My programs start from beginner, and end at advanced which is the level I personally use at this stage of my journey. I also include a lot of various diets in my program so whether you’re vegetarian, coeliac, vegan, keto etc. your plan will work with you. There are in-app video demonstrations of each exercise so you’re never lost at the gym as I walk you through each exercise. Additionally, the app consists of over 950 step-by-step recipes which are all quick, delicious and easy to prepare!

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
