Tricia, Lead Pilates Trainer @tmphysiopilates

With over 13 years of experience, Tricia is a highly qualified and dedicated Pilates trainer with a passion for helping clients move better, stay injury-free, and build lifelong strength. Holding an Honours degree in Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, Trisia is also fully certified in comprehensive Pilates through Stability Plus and STOTT Pilates. In 2024, she became a recognized Pilates Teacher Trainer with the Pilates Educational Institute, further solidifying her expertise.


Tricia specialises in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, blending her physiotherapy background to guide clients towards more efficient, effective movement. Her approach focuses on simple, yet powerful exercises that emphasise core engagement and breath control-key components for improving posture, flexibility, and overall strength.
