I had a hip injury at 16 which meant I had to start lifting weights to recover. I was hooked the moment I stepped through the door! Before I knew it, I was in the gym every day. I loved the thrill of seeing my hard work pay off and being responsible for how I looked and felt each day.

I studied physiology and biochemistry for two years. My passion lies in understanding how and why food and exercise affect our bodies. I love learning and continue to stay up to date with the latest studies and research.


The REAL magic happened when I started helping others change their lives for the better.
